Return Policy:

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@theraice.com for a return authorization. You, the customer, will be responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund, total cost minus the original shipping fee, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
